You're more experienced.

And I know how you feel.

When you realize you're a failure when you're a leader, then you don't want to be a leader anymore.

The point is to never give up.

The only time where you have to stop being a leader is if either you're absolutely sure leadership's not where you're at, or if others don't want you to be a leader.

In the case of the latter, it's not true. In the case of the former, I can say this: you only don't want to be a leader because you're afraid that you'll mess up again due to your recent outburst. But you're not angry all the time, and thus, won't happen so often.

I have an idea: that you or Shane would temperary demote yourself until you're cleared up your emotions to be promoted back to admin, like what happened last time.

How does that sound?
