It'd be a bit silly of us to start a game without knowing the rules, wouldn't it?
A quick hint on early checkmates: One tricky thing about Alice chess is that getting out of check works rather differently. If I put you in check on Board A, you can't block the check with pieces on Board A, because whichever piece you use will be transported to Board B after it moves. For this reason, it's easy to mate early if your opponent moves the queen's pawn and you check the king diagonally with a bishop.
