Apparently, there's going to be a lot of chess matches here :o

I figured, why not add a list of chess matches, sorted alphabetically by name of thread?

The order of players will be by color: white, black, red and blue. The last two only apply in four-handed chess matches. Black players will have their names written in italics. ~Taylor

Not that it's terribly important from a practical perspective, but formally speaking, the format is always White vs Black.

In the case of four-handed chess matches, the format would be according to turn order, right?

Dr. Egregious:
Heh...I don't know for certain; my guess is that four-handed chess probably isn't widespread enough to have a standard, but doing it in turn order would seem logical to me.  As long as it's free-for-all, anyway; two-on-two should probably be 1 and 3 vs 2 and 4, where 1-4 represent the turns.
