Ah, you have some familiarity with Touhou?   :)

I think it might be easier in the long run to list how many times Player X has beaten each person he/she has played; it'll make it easier when we get around to the ten-win badges.

Oh, and...this hasn't happened yet, but if there's a tie, the score for that is 1/2 point for each player.
