Your notation doesn't say anything about that.

However, I'm going to assume that you meant to move your Pawn on your next turn and that you forgot to update the notation to my move.
If that is the case, then it would be 02. a4 h6 | 03. h3 [...], right?
If that is indeed the case, then I move my pawn to to f6.
