Title: Bitcoin, the international currency
Post by: KarjamP on August 21, 2013, 06:12:12 pm
Very secure, decentralized virtual currency based upon peer-to-peer networking technology.

Who knows? Maybe I could use this to get around me not being able to use my Mastercard for buying/selling stuff online. :P

A form of currency that no country ever owns.

In other words, it's a world currency.

The "wallets" are stored on computers.

If your internet is slow, you can use your wallet through a web interface.

Granted, it'll be sluggish, but at least you don't have to download gigabytes of data.
