Said ability doubles the power of any attack that uses whips and also increases Agility. Whip-related attacks, moves and such also get double the amount of hits that they would normally get.
So a normal whip attack would become two hits instead, and so on.
Um... "Whippersnapper" would probably not work very well, right?

A young girl who was born on Endania, but lived on Earth for 5 years. On her sixth birthday, however, she was kidnapped, taken to Endania and thrown in a gas chamber, where girls in gas masks pumped the room full of poison gas. The girl was coughing a lot, but for some reason could not die from the gas inhalation. She was kept prisoner in the gas chamber for ten years, inhaling the toxic fumes for that long but not dying, and two of the girls in gas masks helped her out by bringing her food and water (even though the gas made it poisoned). Her captors eventually asked her to join them, but she shook her head, out of fear of the gas masks and gas chambers and deadly gases. They then tied her up, stuffed a filthy rag in her mouth to make it near-impossible for her to speak / eat / drink, and filled the room with even more deadly gas. The girl suffered painfully, but she still didn't die for some reason. The more she struggled to get free, the deadlier the gas became, until...
One night, three days after her torment got worse, two girls in gas masks - the same ones who fed her - entered the room, hearing the soft muffled mumblings from the weak girl. They untied her, removed the rag and gave her a gas mask and new clothes - the clothing she had on at the time was getting too small for her - which she put on against her will. The two girls introduced themselves as Sofia Talia Mason and Gina Abigail Blaze as they then fled from the place. They even went underwater for three weeks before reaching the continent where the three girls were about to encounter something unlike anything they've ever seen... her 17th birthday was full of surprises.
