You don't just do stuff like that to other people.
I think it's a good idea to let the anger calm down from everyone here (including Shane) before rejoining, because then you'd get so much heat from their anger.
Shane, better calm down about what Taylor had done now before you'd do something you'd regret.
I'm not saying you can't use your anger productively, but I'm saying if you hold on to it for so long, your mind would become clouded with anger, and thus, would not think clearly about what you're doing, as your actions would be motivated by it.
It's the same with all types of negative feelings towards someone (jealousy, hatred, bitterness, etc.).
