No idea; it was somewhat similar to Ash's Pikachu being hugged tightly by Iris / Bonnie, apparently (as Nuzzle didn't exist in Gen V and I assume Pikachu doesn't know that move in the XY saga) in that the hug was too tight. Pikachu unintentionally let loose Thunderbolt on both me and the girl who hugged him (as I was trying to make the girl stop before that happened). :))

For obvious reasons, non-fatal electrocution applies. :P
