Admins can increase the limit as they like, I think; I can't find it in the Admin CP right now.
Also, members can vote for as many as all of the Pokémon of Gen VI, so if you only voted for Delphox, you either didn't know or you only have one favourite Gen VI Pokémon.
Anyway, here's my favourite Gen VI Pokémon:

If I had Pokémon X/Y, I'd name my Gen VI Pokémon:
- Fennekin: Firefox (the current web browser I'm using)
- Fletchling: Flambirge (a pun on Flamberge)
- Litleo: Roar (because it's a lion, and also because of that Katy Perry song)
- Flabébé: Tio (because the CANCEL-move from Tio of Grandia 2, is, apparently, "Lotus Flower", and Flabébé is a flower )
- Espurr: Talia (no reason )
- Skrelp: Araiah (no reason either )
- Sylveon: Nymph (apparently, the Japanese name of Sylveon, "Ninfia", comes from the Japanese word for "nymph" and a "-fia" prefix.)
- Dedenne: Hamtaro (it's a cute Electric hamster, so why not? ... How is Dedenne even pronounced? )
- Klefki: Hearts (Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Key. There. )
- Xerneas: Capt. Fairy (it's a Fairy-type legendary )
