Belle's backstory:

Belle is a half-human, half-cat girl, with the ears and tail of a cat. She loves cats a lot. Most of her outfits are made to make her resemble a cat, although her sister Kairi beats her. Belle has, as is common among felines and part-felines, a fear of dogs, likes chasing mice, rats and birds (and eating them, unlike her sister), but doesn't have "meow" or "nyan" as a verbal tic like her sister.

Belle hates gas masks a lot, because her parents were killed by a duo who wore gas masks when she was only five years old. She gets furious if anyone just mentions the words. She raised her sister on her own, which is quite impressive as Kairi was younger.

Like her sister, she has control over the Draconian element of Fabric. Unlike her sister, however, she is possessed by the Rage of Pacen, which makes her easier to anger, making her stronger. However, all others around her are easier to anger as well.

She controls the fabric element. If she purrs while she is in physical contact with someone (usually by hugging) she can put the person under her control as long as she purrs.

She doesn't appear to have control over her anger, as she loses it when somebody mentions or wears a gas mask.
