Okay, so far Dianke's is 100% okay.
Solid Snake's... entirely a mess, due to the formatting.

Yours is 95% okay, although the last 5% is entirely optional.

Both characters could have some more information about them, although Kushagra's character has none.
So the information is entirely optional.

Surfacian Inhumans are, basically, Inhumans that come from Earth.

In addition, Head 1 and 2 count for the same head, actually; each head has two Head slots in their Appearance.
So far, most members used either one or none of the Head Slots, only Taylor has used both.

I'll just replace the mention of one in the Leather Whip's description with "von Karmic prosecutors from Germany".

As for the Hito-Fille ability that Dianke suggested, it'll need to be renamed.
Said ability doubles the power of any attack that uses whips and also increases Agility. Whip-related attacks, moves and such also get double the amount of hits that they would normally get.
So a normal whip attack would become two hits instead, and so on.

Um... "Whippersnapper" would probably not work very well, right?

A Hito-Fille-element ability that Dianke suggested to be added was named "Dominatrix", and "dominatrices" was mentioned in the Leather Whip's description.
The ability needs a new name, and the description of the Leather Whip was changed.

That's the only relevancy that I can see.
