PK: "Makes sense. some pf Kush's Achilles Heels could be virus types unfamiliar to his body.
"I think it'll wear off over time as his immune system makes him resist the affects."

Yoshiro: "Have you tried changing form to something that won't be affected by a presence of a virus?"

Yoshiro: "Pick a form you think would be more suitable for the task, but won't completely disable you."

PK: "Well, it appears that my theory of you not being used to a virus's presence is more likely if your voice appeared and went.
"I'll see if I can debug your digital or electrical form."

He stared intensively at Kush for a moment.

PK: "Done. It appears that the problems are similar to motion sickness:
"Really bad initially, but your body would get used to the affects after a while, and your body won't have any troubles relating to you being disabled.
"I've encountered similar situations before, so I just need to calibrate my digital antibiotics to work properly in this world before I would give you some.
"A lot of sentient antivirus gaurds in digital worlds similar to this one are like this when they first started out in their jobs, especially ones with electrical or digital-based powers, which they're more common in digital worlds, and medicine does exist to adapt better.
"I can get you some medicine."

Yoshiro: "You two are back!"

PK: "I think it had something to do with one of the authors testing another out with a Secret Test Of Character"

A wall broke.

Yoshiro: "What the - the fourth wall?!?
"PK!"

PK: "Whaaaat.

Yoshiro: "I think you need to introduce yourself to them, PK."

"I'm not the real deal, though, but rather his digital avatar he uploaded to this area.

Shaun: "... Isn't there a shorter name we could call you so that we don't have trouble saying it?"
Kimberley: "I'm Kimberley Tyron. That's a nice name, Kĺnéa Ékunălo Rügáhnda Mćlaço S˙ńrëtín Hońuďto Uzikimaku Kiüna Ârdónîx."
Shaun: "... WHAT?! Am I the only one here who can't pronounce that name?!"

Koto: "Fi fi fu."

Winged Girl: "This is Koto, my pet Fae... glitched by a Glitch Rift inside this Glitch Rift and cursed by the General of the Village Hidden in the Data..."

Franziska: "... What."
Horatio: "Please don't whip him, be care-- YAAARGH!"

Franziska had whipped Horatio.

Franziska: "There. I didn't whip him."
Horatio: "Why me?"

Horatio: "Either way, who's that?"
Franziska: "... That heavy armor... it can only be an enemy..."

Armored Being: "Who... dares... waken... me... from... my... SLUMBER...?"

The armored being grows sixty-two arms, all armed with swords, axes, spears and such.

Kushagra: "We're still inside the data world. Datamancing...."

*The monster changes so he looks like a Feebas*


Kush: *yaaaaawn* "Now what will you do ugly fish?"

Kushagra: "What a joke. Is this guy supposed to be a boss, or even a challenge? He seems like a grunt soldier every now and the."
*Kush changes to electric form*

Kush: "Remember kids, metal conducts electricity. Also, don't try this at home."
"TURBO HYPER SUPER BLAZING FROZEN TOXIC AQUA SPARKOKEN!"

Shaun appears out of a cube of ice.

Shaun: "... Did anybody notice when I encased myself in ice?"
Kimberley: "I did."
Winged Girl: "So did I. These are all the elite soldiers of the General of the Village Hidden in the Data. They are stronger than they look. I should know. They incapacitated me once, but I had managed to escape. Without their souls, they are immortal. I know a spell that can bind their souls to them, but it will take me several weeks just to prepare the spell. They do not have their souls with them, and only Hidden Data Village people can stand a chance of beating them. Anyone else who tries will just end up hurting themselves... or worse."

Shaun glares at the elite soldiers.

Shaun: "I feel like giving them the Eye."
Winged Girl: "Are you out of your mind?!"
Kimberley: "... I think he has no mind..."
Shaun: "Oh, I have a mind. I just don't use it very often."

Kimberley and the winged girl both facepalm.

Kimberley: "What an idiot..."
Winged Girl: "Yeah..."

Shaun: "... EYES OF CRASHING SOULS - SECRET SURFACIAN INHUMAN NOBODY TECHNIQUE - STARE OF A THOUSAND BILLION DRAGONS!"

Shaun's eyes turn green, snake-like. The armored beings all glare at Shaun.

Shaun: "If ANYBODY attacks them, I'll annihilate the one attacking them, you got me?"
Kimberley: "Y-yes..."
Winged Girl: "What for?"
Shaun: "I'm trying to glare them into submission so that they can surrender. Also, I am being SERIOUS. If anyone attacks them, I'll annihilate the attacker out of existence and beyond. I'm NOT in a good mood right now."
Kimberley: "... Why?"
Winged Girl: "Who knows...?"

Winged Girl: "It is too far. It would require leaving this Glitch Rift and travelling fifty kilometers north, by which time this Glitch Rift would have increased in power exponentially. In either case... we lose."
Shaun: * Death Glare Taken Up To Eleven *
Kimberley: "... I concede! Don't take my life!"
Shaun: "... I'm staring at them, you can't even see my eyes from where you're standing."
Winged Girl: "My biological father... before I rebelled... he could do even better than that, to the point of literally glaring someone to death."
Kimberley: "Isn't that... p-petrification?"
Winged Girl: "No. It is not."
Shaun: "...! Gotcha!"

A loud thud is heard. Shaun's eyes turn red, retaining the snake-like irises. All but one of the armored beings are caught up in chains from out of nowhere!

Kimberley: "What the?!"
Winged Girl: "That is not possible! He knows that technique?! I had thought only I could use the Soul Binding Jutsu! ... Wait... He has a different variation... I have never seen it being performed in this way..."

Shaun makes the bird, boar, snake, boar, dragon, monkey, hare, rabbit and rat hand seals.

Shaun: "Frozen Data Style: Alternate Deletion Jutsu!"
Winged Girl: "Don't! You'll kill yourself!"
Kimberley: "And if that happens... I don't want to think what happens! SHANE! NO!"

The chains shatter along with the armored beings. Only one remains standing.

Armored Being: "... INCONCEIVABLE...! That... is... simply... not... POSSIBLE...!"

Shaun smiles.

Shaun: "Clones are useless."
Kimberley: "Clones?"
Winged Girl: "I do not understand. Those armored foes were merely clones?"
Shaun: "Yep. Now, watch this!"

Shaun makes the dog, tiger, dragon, boar and monkey hand seals. Ice shards surround him. Then they rush at the armored being and explode, encasing the armored being in ice. Then Shaun creates a sword of ice in his hand and charges at the frozen foe, spinning around and cutting it in half, then quarters. Shaun's ice sword disappears as the armored being explodes into noisy, bouncy triangles that Shaun absorbs by accident.

Shaun: "... Nothing's happening?"
Kimberley: "Oh well! All's well that ends well, right, Kĺnéa Ékunălo Rügáhnda Mćlaço S˙ńrëtín Hońuďto Uzikimaku Kiüna Ârdónîx...?"

The winged girl stares at Shaun in shock.

Winged Girl: "B-b-but... b-but... it is not p-possible..."
Shaun: "... I guess I've gone beyond the impossible then?"

EXPOSITION: Yoshiro would have difficulty pronouncing the winged girl's name properly with the accent he's the most comfortable in, since Japanese has a lot fewer syllables compared to English (and since the Japanese accent is based upon Japanese... Although a Japanese person who had a lot of practice can pronounce English words better, they might still have trouble pronouncing some words and the like).

COUNTER-EXPOSITION: Also, because the winged girl's first name is Kĺnéa Ékunălo Rügáhnda Mćlaço S˙ńrëtín Hońuďto Uzikimaku Kiüna Ârdónîx... right?
Not even I know how to pronounce that name.

Winged Girl: "No. In the Hidden Data Village, most women and girls have Kĺnéa Ékunălo Rügáhnda Mćlaço S˙ńrëtín in their first names."
Shaun: "What."
Kimberley: "What what what... WHAT?"

Franziska: "Why not 'Kermshuka'?"
Horatio: "I think that's a stupid idea, Franz-- OW!"

Franziska: "You asked for that lash."
Horatio: "The pain and the owww..."

Shaun: "... There's several moving platforms in this room... I hate jumping."
Kimberley: "Race you to the top~"
Winged Girl: "I will reach the top first, and no, I will not answer by those names."

Kimberley starts jumping, the winged girl flying after her.

Shaun: "HEY! WAIT UP! ... Here goes!"

Shaun charges up an energy beam...

Shaun: "FROZENKEN!"

... and fires it at the ground, propelling him upwards into the air, faster than the winged girl could fly.

Winged Girl: "...! What was that?!"
Kimberley: "Trust Shaun to be so... creative. Hey! You down there! Better hurry up!"
Koto: "Fi fi fu?"
Winged Girl: "... What do you mean, 'they are too impatient to travel by floating platforms'?"
Koto: "Fi, fu fu fi?"
Kimberley: "It sounds cute~"

Shaun: "HEY! DON'T STAND STILL DOWN THERE!"

Shaun had reached the top already...

*But Kush was a couple of yards away further on the top*

Kush: "Beat ya."
"It's an old technique I learned in Focus Spells. I guess that's what is 1st grade for Surfacians, am I right?

Franziska: "How're we supposed to get up there?"
Horatio: "... That's why I've programmed the Hover Wings for you, Franz--YEEOWW!!!"
Franziska: "Give it to me, now!"

Horatio presses a button on his wrist watch. A pair of wings appear on Franziska's back, and a hoverboard in front of Horatio. Horatio leapt on the hoverboard. Soon both of them headed to the top...

Horatio: "... No thanks or anything..."
