If you mean visual novels that are in Japanese only with no exported versions (other than fan-translations), then yes.
Gyakuten Kenji 2.

From a genre different than visual novels, there's Draglade 2.
It's a fighting video game with music video game and role-playing game elements.

Both games are for the Nintendo DS.

Also, I haven't played any fan translations before.
